Special Promotion Production
If you are interested in having your Ferris Department, Program or RSO's event advertised on our station? BULLDOG RADIO will gladly provide these services, provided the client gives some promotion to BULLDOG RADIO in some manner, or donates a minimum of $10. We can give you on-air liners that play at certain times of the day or have a slide on the cable networks stating when events are, the choice is yours.
BULLDOG RADIO has over 20 student disc jockeys with nightly radio shows frequently listened to by students all over campus, the Big Rapids area, and in cyberspace through our webcast. Each student's show will have a special time set aside where they will read your event or announcement live on the air as students are listening, which gives you maximum exposure. We've heard great things from past clients, and hope you will be just as satisfied.
What we'll need from you, of course, are the specifics: dates, times, locations and a description if its an event, or, if you are providing a service or selling something to the campus community, include as much as you think should be conveyed to our audience (18-25 male 50/female 50) to perk their interest.
Please send us your information within at least two weeks of the time you wish to have it air. Checks can be made payable to Bulldog Radio. We do not have a Ferris account for transfer; please plan accordingly.
Send your advertisement to our Promotions Manager Eric Dexter at eric@bulldogradio.org. Please make sure to include all of the above stated information as well as arrangement for "payment." Bulldog Radio will not air content that has not been signed and designated "paid" for.
Commercial Advertising
Since BULLDOG RADIO is designated as an educationally-owned radio/television/webcast station, we are not able to advertise commercial businesses. A commercial business includes anything that is not owned by Ferris State University, Ferris-Grand Rapids, the Kendall College of Art and Design, or any Ferris satellite campus. For commercial advertising, consider the Ferris State Torch, or our local stations of WYBR-FM/WWBR-FM/WBRN-AM (www.wybr.com or 231-796-7000).
