Ferris Fest is an annual event, completely maintained and planned by the students of the Ferris State University campus programming board, Entertainment Unlimited (EU), with assistance from the Office of Student Leadership and Activities. EU is in charge of the mainstage acts, which includes past artists such as Fabolous, Gin Blossoms, Memphis Bleek, Jill Sobule, Jimmy Wayne, Steve Azar, Ryan Cabrera, and Young Juc. Past Second Stage acts include Unlisted, The Drive, Five Year Echo, Daisy May, Crown Entertainment, Krista Duffett, and J-Buddah, Unlisted, Serrated Dream, and Stories Told. BULLDOG RADIO's predecessor of radio at Ferris, WFSU, along with MIMA began Second Stage in 2002 as a way to bring local acts to the day of music, food and fun at FSU.
